Our mission
Help high school students navigate what comes next.
Students in Grades 9 - 12 make course, post-secondary, and career decisions while they are still learning what different paths involve. Navio gives them more opportunities to explore before making those choices.
Our mission is to expose students to careers, opportunities, experiences, and people who can help them make informed decisions about their future. We do this through clear programs, useful resources, and direct community participation.
Founder and President
Sahil Ambegaonkar
Sahil created Navio Pathways after seeing how often students are expected to make major career decisions without enough real-world context, structure, or encouragement. He leads the organization’s direction, program development, and community outreach.
